TULSA – Two people are recovering from a vehicle crash on Highway 11 on Wednesday morning.
Officers say the driver crashed into a car because he was not able to see another car parking in a lane because it did not have its lights on.
Now, Tulsa police are investigating whether or not alcohol played a role in the wreck.
