2 arrested after burglarizing local fireworks stand, as per Sapulpa police

SAPULPA, Okla. – Two men were arrested after allegedly being caught burglarizing a local fireworks stand, say police.

Around 4:30 a.m., Sapulpa police say they discovered two men breaking into Jake’s Fireworks stand located near the 5500th block of West Skelly.

The officer followed a white truck and a Tahoe from the scene to the 3200th block of 52nd Place. Together with the Creek County Sheriff’s Office and Tulsa police, authorities were able to set up a perimeter and arrest Daryl Jackson and Samuel Tariah.

Sapulpa police say Jackson and Tariah could face burglary charges.
