TULSA - A neighbor helped Tulsa Police catch two alleged copper thieves Sunday morning.
Police say they received a call a just after midnight Sunday about a burglary in progress at a Midtown business.
Police arrested Casey Sheldon and Shelby Caudle after they were caught loading the copper into their vehicle.
