An 18-year-old is in custody after leading Tulsa County deputies on a short chase Tuesday morning.

Dominique Jordan was arrested on several counts including felony warrant for being in possession of a firearm, eluding deputies and driving a stolen vehicle.

Deputies say the pursuit started on 25th Street and Southwest Boulevard in west Tulsa when a deputy tried to stop Jordan for having his bright lights on.

The suspect didn't stop, and instead took off into an apartment complex less than a mile away.

He pulled into the Western Pines Apartments, got out of the car and ran between buildings inside the complex.

Deputies say Jordan started banging on an apartment door trying to get the tenants to let him in, but a deputy caught up with him and arrested him.

Jordan is in custody at the Tulsa County Jail.
