TULSA - A 16-year-old is recovering Saturday morning after being shot in his forearm outside an apartment complex in east Tulsa.
Officers found the injured teen near 33rd Street and South 108th East Avenue around 11 Friday night.
The victim told officers he ran to a nearby duplex to ask for help after being shot.
Police say the duplex owner then called them and performed first aid.
Officers found shell casings at the apartment complex where the victim said the shooting took place. Police are searching for a suspect.
