16-year-old boy accused of sexual battery incidents at store in Broken Arrow

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — A 16-year-old boy has been arrested after Broken Arrow police say he was involved in multiple sexual battery incidents at a store earlier this month.

The incidents happened in the overnight hours at a store near 111th and Elm in Broken Arrow on April 15, April 21 and April 22, police said.

Police said the boy, who is 16 years old, entered the store several times and grabbed women from behind.

Victims told police that the boy inappropriately touched them after he grabbed them.

One victim said the boy put a knife against her body, and told her to come with him. The boy left the store after a customer pulled up to the business. In two other incidents, the boy left the store after struggles with the victims.

Camera footage was turned in to police, and police made an arrest in the case.

The boy faces three counts of sexual battery, one count assault with a deadly weapon, one count of kidnapping and one count of attempted rape.
