TULSA – The 15-year-old sonaccused of fatally stabbing his mother at her downtown apartment is now being charged with first degree murder.
The teen was taken into police custody after Tulsa police found his mother, Melissa Cole, dead in her apartment located near Brady and Main Street.
At the scene, Tulsa police say that there was evidence of an argument and neighbors nearby say they heard a door being kicked in the day Melissa Cole was found.
