OSAGE COUNTY, Okla. -- A 14-year-old girl died Thursday morning in a crash near Barnsdall.
Officials said a 16-year-old boy was driving a Ford F-350 truck at about 8 a.m. on County Road 2420, just west of Country Road 2409.
Officials said the driver left the roadway when it curved, which caused the truck to overturn.
The boy was taken to the hospital and released, and the girl was taken to the hospital, where she later died.
The crash is under investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
