WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. -- One man is dead and three injured after a crash in Wagoner County involving an alleged drunk driver.
Police say John Rhodes, 22, was allegedly driving under the influence Friday night when he lost control of his pick-up truck.
According to police, the truck rolled and passenger Kenneth Foster was ejected and pinned under the bed of the truck.
Foster later died at the hospital while two other passengers were airlifted to a Tulsa hospital. Rhodes was treated and released.
