MAYES COUNTY, Okla. -- One person has died and one person is in custody after a shooting in Mayes County on Friday.
The Mayes County Sheriff's Office is investigating the shooting in addition to Spavinaw police.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has also been called in.
