Green Country theater fans are in for a treat as Celebrity Attractions brings the musical 'An American in Paris' to the Tulsa Performing Arts Center.
Allison Walsh, who plays Lise Dassin, has performed in Broadway: An American in Paris, Anastasia and on the Starz Limited Series “Flesh and Bone” - she has had danced soloist roles with The Joffrey Ballet and
performed at the White House, Vail International Dance Festival, and the Despertares Festival.
McGee Maddox, who plays Jerry Mulligan, has an extensive dance background.
Maddox trained at Houston Ballet’s Ben Stevenson Academy and joined the Houston Ballet as an Apprentice in 2005. He then joined The National Ballet of Canada in 2009 and was promoted to Principal Dancer in 2014.
He has performed in The Winter’s Tale, Giselle, Le Petit Prince, Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, Onegin, Cinderella, The Nutcracker, Don Quixote, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, and Hamlet.
The show runs through Sunday and tickets are available for purchase at the TPAC ticket office or online.
