TULSA - TheIndie Trunk Show made its Tulsa debut after a long stint in Oklahoma City Saturday.
Mother-daughter team Karen Jobe and Stacy Jobe Lea started the Indie Trunk Show in 2014 giving local vendors a place to sell to their own communities.
Saturday, the show made its first appearance in Tulsa to a line forming at 8 a.m. for a 10 a.m. start.
Vendors ranged from custom cards and signs, to t-shirts and furniture. All of the vendors are locally owned, independent small businesses.
Peggy White, Owner of Chateau Blanche Designs said it was her third Indie Trunk Show, and she's received store buyers for her custom cards, and tons of customers at the event.
The show runs from 10a.m.-5p.m. on Saturday, August 27 at the Cox Center. Admission is $5, and free after 3 p.m.
The next show is in December in Oklahoma City.
