GoFundMe set up for boy killed on water slide at Schlitterbahn in Kansas City, Kansas

OLATHE, Kan. -- A GoFundMe account was set up to help cover funeral costs for a young boy killed on a Kansas City water slide.


The page has already raised $30,000 of its $15,000 goal. 10-year-old Caleb Schwab was the son of state representative Scott Schwab.

The Verruckt water slide will remain closed for the rest of the season Schlitterbahn. The Labor Department of Kansas is requesting documentation from the park to make sure all safety requirements have been met.
