Donald Trump releases medical, health exam results to Dr. Oz during show taping

NEW YORK - Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump released the results of a recent physical exam to Dr. Mehmet Oz during a taping of The Dr. Oz Show Wednesday.

The episode is scheduled to air Sept. 15 at 3 p.m. on 2 Works for You.

The Dr. Oz Show staff issued a press release, including the photo of Dr. Oz looking at papers while sitting next to Mr. Trump.

The release states that Trump shared the results of a recent physical examination performed by the nominee's personal physician one week earlier.

Here is the transcript from The Dr. Oz Show.

Today, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump sat down for an hour-long, one-on-one interview on The Dr. Oz Show with host Dr. Mehmet Oz to discuss his personal health, his views on major health care policy including their recently announced child care plan and the major health care issues facing this country.
During the filming of the episode, which will air Thursday, September 15 (check your local listings for time in specific markets) Mr. Trump shared with Dr. Oz the results of his physical examination performed last week by Dr. Harold Bornstein, M.D. of Lenox Hill Hospital, whom has been Mr. Trump’s personal physician for many years.

Additionally, as all physicians do when seeing a patient for the first time, Dr. Oz took Mr. Trump through a full review of systems including the following:

Nervous System
Head and Neck
Hormone Levels
Cardiovascular Health and Related Medications
Respiratory Health
Gastrointestinal Health
Bladder or Prostate Health
Dermalogical Health
History of Cancer
Family Medical History – Occurrence of Alzheimer’s or Dementia, Heart Disease, Cancer in relatives

Ivanka Trump then joined her father to speak further about the childcare and maternity leave initiative that the Trump campaign announced Tuesday night.
