BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - A Broken Arrow man said a board member of his neighborhood's homeowner's association displayed inappropriate behavior that should cost him his position.

“When I first pulled in the driveway I saw a bag sitting on the front porch," said Broken Arrow resident Lamar Dykes.

A few days ago he left his home and came back to something strange at his front door.

“I was like I wonder what this is."

It didn't seem too strange, until -

“I ripped it open, looked inside there and there was a whole pile of these turds.”

He was shocked, but knew what was hidden in his window could quickly identify a culprit.

He saw his neighbor.

“I was just shocked this guy was doing that.”

But even more shocking.

“I found out that he’s on our Eagle Creek Board.”

He said the two didn't talk much, only when it came to his cat Mikko.

He said a year ago the neighbor 2 Works for You won't identify came knocking on his door saying Mikko was pooping in his yard.

“He told her that if we didn’t take care of it he would.”

They tried to keep Mikko inside, but those eyes and that squeal couldn't do it.

“I took down a big giant thing of Cayenne Pepper.”

Lamar said his neighbor agreed to try putting it in his yard, and he never heard back.

2 Works for You went to get the neighbor's side of the story, but he wasn't available.

So we went to the Eagle Creek Homeowners Association board member election.

The president said off camera the board member was the man in the video, and he decided Tuesday not to re-run for his position.

Broken Arrow Police confirmed officers responded to Lamar's home, but no report was filed.

2 Works for You asked board members to have the neighbor contact them, he hasn't reached out.
