DELAWARE CO.--- Authorities find missing 9-year-old alive on Thursday morning.
Delaware County officials say that the child is well.
The Delaware County Sheriff's Office says Samuel Mitchell was last seen in the Monkey Island area Wednesday evening.
Deputies say Samuel suffers from disinhibited social engagement disorder and is bi-polar. Right now officials do not believe he was kidnapped.
