Tulsa police are investigating after reports of a person being hit by a car.
Authorities say a man called around 6 a.m. and said that he thought he had hit a pedestrian near 41st and 118th East Ave.
A few minutes later a woman near 41st and 129th East Ave. reported that she had been hit by a car.
