The Arkansas State Police say a 3-year-old girl abducted from Arkansas was found safe Friday afternoon.
Police say 3-year-old Layla Rae Munholland was found safe in Grayville, Illinois by Illinois State Police during a traffic stop.

Layla Rae Munholland, 3, was reported abducted Friday between the hours of 1 and 5 a.m.
Authorities say Munholland was taken by her mother, Chelsea Munholland, and her mother’s boyfriend, Herbert Allen Thomas. Thomas is described as 6-foot-3, around 200 pounds with hazel eyes. Both are said to be "heavy drug users." Amber Alert says the woman pictured below is Chelsea.
