OKLAHOMA CITY – A recent petition created is shedding light on the fact that some Oklahomans might be still fuming from Kevin Durant’s departure.

An Edmond man is proposing that the city of Durant, Oklahoma change its name to Westbrook, Oklahoma despite the fact that the city was not named after the former MVP of the Thunder.

He says the state has a responsibility to make the change. The petition says "Ladies and gentlemen, the great state of Oklahoma has been betrayed."
