According to the Bourne Police Dept., this suspect is known to spread Christmas cheer and is a “specialist in covert surveillance.”
They advise the public to not approach this suspect who has been found hiding in high places, such as fire place mantels.
Last but not least, police urge citizens to NOT touch this individual because it could result in loss of magical powers.
