Sunday brunch: Warm German Potato Salad

Marita Hoover from the Tulsa Global Alliance stopped by our studio Sunday morning to show us how to make Warm German Potato Salad. 


6 red potatoes

1/2cup dill

1/4cup parsley

1/2 red onion (julienned)

1tbs salt

1tbs pepper

1tbs garlic fresh

3/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Wash and cut red potatoes into wedges and boil or roast.
Chop 1/2 cup dill and 1/4 cup parsley and 1 tbs garlic (2 garlic cloves
Julienne 1/2 red onion
Add dill parsley garlic and onion to potatoes
Add 3/4 cup red wine vinegar and 1/4 olive oil toss all ingredients together
Add salt and pepper to taste.
