Sunday Brunch: Time for some Carnitas!

It's time for Sunday Brunch! Jack Coleman from Baja Jack's stopped by 2 Works for You to show us how to make Carnitas, and they're delicious!

Pork Carnitas:

  1. 3# Pork Shoulder (cubed)
  2. 4 oz Orange Juice
  3. 4 oz Cola
  4. 3 oz Mexican Beer
  5. 1 Tbsp Salt
  6. 1 Tbsp Garlic

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Marinate with those ingredients for at least 4 hours.
  2. Place in pot, add cooking oil to cover and bring to a boil.  Reduce to medium heat and cook for 2 hours
