Pork Carnitas:
- 3# Pork Shoulder (cubed)
- 4 oz Orange Juice
- 4 oz Cola
- 3 oz Mexican Beer
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Garlic
Cooking Instructions:
- Marinate with those ingredients for at least 4 hours.
- Place in pot, add cooking oil to cover and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and cook for 2 hours
