Here are some of the tips he shared:
1. Ensure proper alignment with a chiropractic adjustment
2. Have periodic lymphatic massages to maintain lymph flow
3. Drink plenty of fluids to continually flush out your system
4 . Eat wel l and avoid toxins from sources such as tobacco, alcohol and processed foods
5 . Get ple nty of sleep
6. Avoid restrictive or binding clothing that can block blood and lymph flow
