Saltimbocca Chicken Breast
- 4 oz Boneless chicken breast
- 1 oz Prosciutto
- 1 oz Roasted red pepper strips
- ½ oz Fresh sage, whole
- 1 oz White Shredded Cheese
Dust chicken in seasoned flour, then sauté until about 70% cooked. Place on sheet pan. Arrange in the following order: Chicken breast, prosciutto, red pepper, sage, and cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and chicken has reached internal temp 165.
