Wagoner County-- An ultra-light plane crashed down by the Arkansas river tonight.
An 18-year-old passenger traveling from Haskell realized he was out of fuel and clipped a tree and crashed to the ground.
After calling police himself, Coweta fire responded to the crash first.The male was taken to a Tulsa hospital and after non-life threatening injuries.
He was released from the hospital and only complained of leg pain.
