TULSA--Police are responding to a shooting at 243 E 46th St North.
Upon arrival, police found the male victim shot in his upper leg. He was taken to a local hospital
and at this time, is not cooperating with police. Officers are looking for witnesses in the area and
hope someone comes forward.
