TULSA, Okla.--Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting in midtown Tulsa.

Officials say two men drove to the area of east 12th street and Xanthus Avenue because one of the men knew someone who lived there.

Both men were shot in the abdomen and as one man took himself to the hospital, the other man drove off and police are still looking for that man.

Hillcrest Medical Center is close to the area and Tulsa Police believe that is where the one man went to get treated.

Police are talking with neighbors to try to figure out just what happened.

Tulsa Police officer Por Xiong said, "we don't know where the exact location of the shooting occurred, still a fresh investigation right now, we're trying to get investigation going on and trying to figure out what occurred."

Police are not sure what condition the two men are in.

More developments as they come available.
