TULSA - For a few hours Sunday afternoon, Texas Senator Ted Cruz was living on Tulsa time and reaching out to voters.
Many at the Tulsa fairgrounds said they're still undecided about who they're voting for come Tuesday.
For Ted Cruz supporters, Sunday was the day they'd been waiting for.
For Bill Bailey, it's his first rally since 1952.
“I watched Eisenhower make a speech, but this one is the most critical I've ever seen,” said Bailey.
His concerns? The economy and safety of this nation. Until today, he hadn't decided who was getting his vote.
“We gotta play both hands right, and I think some are gung ho one way, some are gung ho the other,” he said.
He's not the only one who came to the rally undecided.
“We made the trip…two and a half hours to come here," said Oklahoma voter Summer Hill. "We went to church and came here to hear Ted Cruz speak because we're kinda waffling between Ted Cruz and Rubio.”
It's an audience Cruz seemed prepared for.
“I think Oklahoma voters are tired of politicians saying one thing and doing another. We've been burned over and over again,” said Cruz.
The Texas senator told the crowd his most important issues came down to jobs, security and freedom.
Beating Donald Trump was also a hot topic. Bailey says he's convinced.
“I think it's important that the supporters of Cruz show up on Sunday. I know I will,” he said.
Others will have to wait and see.
“Rubio is coming tomorrow so we still have to decide,” said Hill.
Cruz went on to speak in Oklahoma City later Sunday evening.
Marco Rubio will be the last Republican candidate to visit Tulsa before voters head to the polls on Super Tuesday.
