Jenks High School alum, Brian Nhira, is advancing to the next round on The Voice.
Nhira was paired against Abby Celso of Rochester, New York in Monday night's battle round. The duet amazed the crowd with their rendition of Maroon 5's "Sugar."
Pharrell decided Abby won the round, but Brian was immediately adopted by Team Adam.
Nhira won social media the night of his Blind Audition when he sang "Jesus Loves Me" after selecting Team Pharrell.
Brian Nhira took a big risk in the March 7th episode of The Voice when he sang Pharrell Williams' "Happy." He did enough to impress both Williams and Blake Shelton to turn their chairs around.
