TULSA, Okla. — Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported 19-year-old Jordan Serkland missing Saturday afternoon.
They said he was last seen at 317 West Detroit Ave on March 28. Serkland was wearing a t-shirt and blue jeans. He may have cutting scars to the left forearm and is high functioning autistic and schizophrenic.
