BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – Another suspect is in custody that is possibly connected to a homicide that police believe was originally staged as a suicide.
Broken Arrow police say Angela Moore was brought in as a material witness in the investigation into the death of 69-year-old Kenneth Nix.
Kenneth Nix was found dead by his wife Judith Nix earlier this week . Judith informed authorities during a 911 emergency call that gun was found near Kenneth.
Further investigation led police to believe that Judith Nix, 69, staged her husband’s suicide. She has been arrested for first degree murder.
Judith Nix’s daughter, 43-year-old Michel Davis-Pearson, who is pictured below, was also arrested for accessory after the fact.
