The suspect believed to be involved in the two back-to-back QuikTrip robberies has been arrested.
The first robbery occurred at the QuikTrip located at East 41st Street and South Garnett Road at 1:00 a.m. Thursday.
Police say the suspect walked into the store, pulled out a gun and demanded cash.
After taking an undisclosed amount of money, he left through the back door.
At a QuikTrip located a little more than two miles away, at East 51st Street and South 129th East Avenue, a man held up a store clerk with a gun and robbed the store of cash.
In this case, police say the suspect left through the front door.
In both instances, according to police, the suspect is a Hispanic male in his 20s. He's described as 5-foot-4, 120 to 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. The suspect fled both scenes in a gray SUV.
Through the investigation, authorities were able to locate a vehicle matching the description of the car used in the armed robbery near 51st and Peoria.

Police say two people were taken into custody but the armed robbery suspect is reportedly not among them.
