TULSA – A man was arrested for sexually abusing a woman under the IDL bridge recently.
Tulsa police say that Fred Washington was arrested on complaint of rape by force or fear.
According to official documents, the victim reported the alleged rape saying she knew the person who sexually assaulted her. Police go on to say the victim led them to the IDL bridge and pointed out Washington.
Washington was also booked on public intoxication complaint.
