Tulsa's Mayor Dewey Bartlett says public safety is at the top of the list for Vision 2025.
Many residents are wondering what's next for the proposal that passed with an overwhelming majority on Tuesday night.
The $884 million dollar plan includes dozens of projects that include hiring more police officers and improving infrastructure across town.
While there is no timeline set on the projects, Mayor Bartlett says city officials will be meeting with consultants to prioritize projects.
Residents probably won't see any progress until the end of the year when the new budget comes out.
