One woman's picture of the after effects of the freezing weather in Oklahoma was retweeted more than 400 times.
A state of emergencywas issued for Okla. after nearly 100,000 homes were still without power Sunday afternoon due to freezing rain, ice and sleet that started Thursday.
The woman posted a photo on Twitter showing a speed limit sign melting in Mustang and it soon became popular around the nation.
