TULSA -- One man is in the hospital after a drive-by shooting in North Tulsa.
Police responded to the shooting Friday morning near Virgin and Lewis. They say the victim is a 50-year-old white man.
Police say the victim was not cooperating with police and has non-life threatening injuries. Officials report two cars shot at the home.
They say there are several shell casings outside. The man claims he was shot inside the home.
