The woman accused of stealing an Osage County Sheriff's Office patrol car during a traffic stop has been arrested.
2 Works for You Max Resnik and his photographer were driving when they noticed a woman fitting the suspect's description. Resnik called deputies who arrived and confirmed that the woman was suspect Katherine Sanford.
Osage Co. deputies informed 2 Works for You that Katherine Sanford is actually not the name of the suspect and that her name is Madison Dickson and she is 19-years-old.
Resnik and photographer Andrew Mohler explain what they did when they spotted Dickson.
Dickson, who according to deputies was handcuffed in the back of the car, stole the car and drove it to West Brady Street and North 29th West Avenue, where she abandoned the vehicle.
It happened during a traffic stop near 36th Street North and LL Tisdale.
