TULSA – The dashcam video featuring the events leading up to the fatal officer-involved shootingwhere the suspect attempted to ram into a patrol car has been released.
Tulsa police say an officer, Sergeant Stephen Stoltz, shot and killed a man, Russell Rosser, who was trying to run over him with his vehicle. Police say the shooting came at the end of a police chase when police tried to stop a pickup truck on the city's east side near Dawson and Pine.

There are several videos showing each time that the truck allegedly driven by Rosser rammed into a TPD patrol vehicle.
