TULSA – After being questioned by Tulsa police regarding the fatal shooting that left one East Central High School student dead, one man was released from custody.

Roderick Harbin was sought for questioning in relation to the shooting in east Tulsa that killed 17-year-old Marquis Mullins Tuesday night.

Harbin turned himself into police Wednesday afternoon and gave a statement to officers and then was released.

Harbin was questioned as to “why he fired at” the SUV Mullins was riding in, reports Tulsa police. Detectives say they discovered multiple shell casings from Harbin's front yard.

Two teens have already been arrested in relation to the shooting.
