TULSA - Two men were arrested after being accused of raping a woman in Midtown Tulsa.
Police say they received a video allegedly recorded by one of the suspects. One of those men is 27-year-old Erlin Arteaga. The other was identified as 24-year-old Cenin Cruz.
Police say witnesses heard a woman screaming from an apartment near 51st Street and Memorial Drive. Police say the cell phone video shows Arteaga attacking the victim.
