New details were released Tuesday on the death of an Owasso baby. Emmy O'rourke was only 11-months-old when she died in July.

The Medical Examiner's report reveals the injuries that led to her death were much worse than previously thought.

The Medical Examiner says Emmy's death was a homicide -the result of multiple blunt impact injuries. The report is too graphic to go into detail, but it says Emmy suffered multiple bruises on her face, brain hemorrhages, signs of shaken baby syndrome, and anal tears.

U.S. Marshals found Brandon Nordstedt in Kansas back in August. He was arrested and charged with child abuse murder on what would've been Emmy's first birthday.

Investigators say Nordstedt was the boyfriend of Emmy's mother, Kaci Loud, and was alone with Emmy when she was found unresponsive.

Emmy's mother told 2 Works For You her lawyers advised her not to speak to the media tonight, but here's what she told us at a vigil held for Emmy last month.

"I would give this all back just to have my daughter back. I would. It just kills me," she said. "He's going to pay for what he did to her. It's just unfathomable."

She also told us in August that she felt justice was served when the warrant was issued for Nordstedt's arrest.

Nordstedt remains in jail without bond. He's due back in court in October.
