Inmate reported missing in Muskogee

MUSKOGEE, Okla. – Authorities are searching for an inmate from John Lilley Correctional Center in Boley who went missing Tuesday.

Inmate Douglas Wilson is said to have been on work detail delivering goods in Muskogee when he escaped.

Police say he was reported missing around 10:25 a.m.

Wilson is described as an American Indian male, 6 feet tall and weighing around 165 pounds.

According to official documents, Wilson has a long list of past convictions including burglary, endangering others while eluding a police officer as well as escaping from a penitentiary in the past

Anyone with information pertaining to the whereabouts of Wilson should call local law enforcement or Fugitive Warrants Division at 405-425-2570.
