VERDIGRIS, Okla. – Classes were cancelled at Verdigris Pubic Schools Thursday.
Verdigris Fire District posted on Facebook saying that a water main break was causing water pressure issues in the area.
Verdigris Public Schools will be closed today due to a water main break. Water pressure will be reduced to the Vintage....

They went on to say that crews expect to have the leak fixed in approximately six hours.
The school's website posted saying the water main break was south of the Bank. Water will be shut off for the south campus, affecting the cafeteria and restrooms.
