TULSA - A mother and her two children are uninjured after someone opened fire at their home Monday morning in North Tulsa.

The incident happened on North Boston Place near Latimer Place around 7 a.m.

Police say someone shot through the homeowner's bedroom window and left.

At time time, police are searching for any witnesses who might have seen what happened. They don't have any suspect description.

Our 2 Works for You team spoke with a neighbor who says it's usually calm and quiet in the neighborhood.

Aaron Frank says there are a lot of seniors and families living on North Boston Place.

"I'm mind blown. It's very out of the ordinary. I just think that it's not necessary, and it needs to stop ," says Aaron Frank.

At this time, police say it appears to be a random shooting.
