SALLISAW, Okla. (AP) -- Three men arrested in the disappearance of a hiker at Tenkiller Lake are now charged with murder in the man's suspected death.

Court records show 25-year-old Charles Shamblin and 22-year-old Michael Snelling are charged with first-degree murder and 22-year-old Tyler Leverett with second-degree murder in the suspected death of Matthew Fagan.

The men are jailed without bond and court records don't list an attorney for any of them.

An affidavit says the four were together and Shamblin and Leverett said Snelling and Fagan got into a shoving match before Fagan hit his head on a rock, then Snelling hit him in the head with a hammer.

Snelling said it was Leverett who fought with Fagan.

The affidavit says the body was left in the lake and hasn't been found.
