15-year-old boy dies in Rogers County crash, two other teens hurt

ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. -- A 15-year-old boy died early Monday morning after a one-vehicle crash two miles south of Chelsea.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that a 15-year-old boy died in the crash, which occurred at about 3:30 a.m. at County Road East/West 350 a half mile east of County Road North/South 4200.

Two other teens, a 14-year-old boy and 17-year-old boy were also in the vehicle, a 2004 Jeep Liberty, at the time of the crash. Both of those boys were taken to the hospital in stable condition with numerous injuries.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
