A teenager is dead after police say a man strangled her at an apartment near 61st Mingo yesterday.
TULSA - Police say a woman has died after a man strangled her.
41-year-old Gregory Epperson is accused of strangling 19-year-old Kelsey Tennant in a south Tulsa apartment.
The incident happened in the 9500 block of East 65th Street.
Investigators say Tennant wasn't responding when they arrived on scene, and started to give her CPR.
Detectives said a dispute between three people led to the attempted strangulation, and one person is in custody on a complaint of attempted murder.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
