VIDEO: Dashboard camera catches Taiwan landslide as boulder narrowly avoids crushing car

KEELUNG, TAIWAN -- A dashboard camera caught a car experiencing a close call from a landslide while driving under heavy rain on a coastal highway in northern Taiwan.

The dramatic footage shows a white car being pushed away as it is hit by a landslide and a giant falling rock.

The driver who recorded the footage says the landslide was quick and the passengers are very lucky to have escaped.

The two passengers only suffered minor injuries.

The landslide was triggered by continuous downpour over the past few days due to Tropical Storm Kong-Rey.
