Two Okla. wrecks leave 2 men in hospital

TULSA - Troopers say alcohol was the cause of two overnight Oklahoma wrecks.

Highway patrol officials say a Kiowa man was injured when his pickup failed to make a turn, ran off the right side of the road, struck a guardrail and overturned in a creek in Okmulgee County around 8:00 p.m. Friday.

A second collision in Logan county left another man in the hospital after his SUV went off the road and struck a tree.  Troopers say the vehicle rolled, ejecting the driver.

There were no passengers in either wreck.

Troopers say both drivers had been drinking.
