TAHLEQUAH, Okla. - A Tahlequah grandmother could face 40-years in federal prison and an $8 million fine if convicted of drug charges.
Brenda Vann, 54, faces several federal charges of manufacturing methamphetamine while children were present.
A toddler was reportedly burned by chemicals from a meth lab in a Tahlequah home.
Officials say deputies interviewed the child's mother and Vann, the child's grandmother, at the toddler's home. After serving search warrants later that day they discovered a meth lab and other meth-making materials.
Vann and two others are accused of making 50 grams or more of meth since last year.
